They are our fathers,brothers,
sons, husbands, uncles, cousins,
mothers, sisters, daughters, wives,
aunts, best friends.....
You are in a far off land
but I hold you near.
Cousin Tim asked about you
the other day,
I said you
were doing ok.
Momma T. baked on Sunday, but
had tears on her cheeks as
she rolled the dough out.
One of her young-un's over
there.."Lord hear our prayer.."
I put baby Sarah to bed and
sung a lullaby in a whisper.
I prayed that one
day you'd
know each other. You're
in a
